Join the Midland Area Youth Action Council as we talk with Heather Crowl, Scholarship Coordinator for the Midland Area Community Foundation.
Heather has been the go-to person for questions about the Community Foundation's online application process from the beginning, and there is no better person to talk with about how to successfully apply for scholarship opportunities offered by the Midland Area Community Foundation.
Heather has agreed to walk us through the first steps of the application process and to answer questions you might have about possibly earning scholarship funding.
Invite every Midland County Senior you know! Invite their parents! Let's earn some scholarships!!

Passcode: 737554
This is scheduled for Wednesday, January 5th from 6:00 – 7:30 PM.
Windover High School’s Board of Directors, Principal, and school staff are diligently working together to keep the WHS school community safe. We will continue to be transparent and inform you if there are any concerns, is news to share, or updates to give.
Please have conversations with your children about the seriousness of making threats of school violence and/or making false threats. There have been no threats to WHS at this time. School leaders and law enforcement will investigate every threat and take whatever action is warranted to protect our school community.
Youth will face prosecution whether the threats are found to be validated or not. Under Michigan law, making threats involving schools is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $20,000.
If there are any concerns, we are asking students and community members to report any threats they see/hear/overhear on social media, text messages, in the hallways, etc. by immediately contacting your school principal, law enforcement, or by using the confidential state-wide reporting tool--OK2SAY (https://www.michigan.gov/ok2say/).
